July, July, July...

It never seemed so strange. No, but seriously. This is going to be a crazy month. Here's why, in relative chronological order:

Today, July 1: I eat lunch with Perry and his family to say goodbye. For two years. And I get to meet his little brother McKay! But I mean, lunch is going to be terribly nerve-wracking. I could NOT fall asleep last night. And then I slept in and was over 30 minutes late to work today. Great for the confidence and self-esteem and whatnot.

Tomorrow, July 2: Perry enters the MTC for three weeks. Day 1 of 730!!

Friday, July 4: Independence Day. But not from work. I work a LOT on the Fourth. But I get to watch the fireworks from Stadium of Fire featuring Miley Cyrus and the Blue Man Group! Granted, I'll see them from the big lot at Heritage. But I'll see them!

July 18: DARK KNIGHT PREMIERS IN THEATERS. Wheee! I think that's enough on that.

July 23 or thereabouts: Perry leaves for the Madrid MTC for like 6 weeks. Maybe not that long. But it's a while. My missionary will finally be international! And all...speakin Spanish...
