Before Perry and I said goodbye last week, he gave me a shoe box full of stuff he wanted me to have. Included in this wonderful token was a two disc set of songs by Luciano Pavarotti and the first disc from The Essential Yo-Yo Ma. These CDs have dominated my music-listening for almost four days now and will for many days to come. What incredible talent these men have! I am definitely beginning to LOVE opera and classical music. I was "fortunate" enough to work on July 4th from eight to midnight, and for at least three of those four hours I listened only to Pavarotti...and some Sarah Brightman. It made me very happy:)

So my point...listen to opera.
